We want to wish you and your family well. In our opinion, this is an event crisis, not a financial crisis. When the virus is suppressed—as was SARS, MERS, H1N1, and all the others—we expect a
turnaround.

But between now and then, these are unprecedented times, and we are all working together in the best interests of our clients, employees, and their families.

We want to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure that our business continuity remains\ uninterrupted. Our core values; Client First, Trust, Genuine Care, and Diligence will serve as a guide
in these uncertain times. We are reaching out to you individually to see how you are doing and review your accounts. We are not recommending any changes to your allocations unless your goals have
changed.

We have decided to work remotely, at home. Our continuity plan was in place for years and tested. Everything is working like we were in the office. All meetings will be conducted by phone or
conference call (via a Microsoft app called Teams). We are not having any meetings at our office. The team is available to serve you from our remote locations.

Take care of yourselves, those you love, and your neighbors. Our nation is stronger because of you and the care you give those around you.
